Tree Removal and Trimming Program 2020
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the “Tree Removal and Trimming Program 2020” project will be received by Bob Manns, Director of Public Works, at City Hall, 115 East Prairie Street, Jerseyville, Illinois, 62052 until 2:00 PM local time October 14, 2020, at which time the Bids received will be opened privately. The project consists of tree removal, stump removal, topsoil replacement, and/or tree trimming in various locations within City right-of-way, as part of the annual program.
No MANDATORY Pre-Bid meeting is required for this project.
Bids will be received for a single prime contract, as indicated on the Bid Form.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: City of Jerseyville, 115 East Prairie Street, Jerseyville, Illinois, 62052, contact Bob Manns, Director of Public Works, 618-946-0323 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and may obtain complete sets of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office, upon request.
Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Owner will not be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the reception of bids will be returned unopened to the bidders.
All contracts for the construction of public works projects are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).
The City of Jerseyville reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
